Chef Elizabeth Kanyawee Calvo is the creative force behind Thai Farm Kitchen. Originally from Bangkok, Elizabeth uses her family’s traditional recipes to bring authentic Thai flavors to every dish.

Her expertise in combining fresh, locally sourced ingredients with traditional Thai spices and techniques creates a unique dining experience that keeps guests coming back. From the nua toon (beef shank stew) to the spicy pad phed pla (catfish in red curry), Chef Elizabeth’s cooking is a true celebration of Thai culinary artistry.

Jess Calvo, the owner of Thai Farm Kitchen, is passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional dining experience. Originally from Thailand, Jess moved to Brooklyn with a dream of sharing his love for authentic Thai food with the local community.
